Lahore’s real estate market remained slightly slow compared to the property sectors of Islamabad and Karachi in Q4 2014. Anti-government sit-ins in Islamabad have reduced in strength and the current market activity in Islamabad shows that the situation will eventually return to normal.
The investment activity in Karachi seems to be in full swing in the current scenario. According to data maintained by Zameen.com, property prices spiked in DHA City and Bahria Town Karachi in Q4.
