Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has notified reduction in the price of single-storey housing units (measuring 650 square feet) being developed in the initial phase of the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Project, according to a news source.

According to the details revealed, a 650 square feet single-storey housing unit will now cost PKR 2.224 million. Previously, the civic agency had set PKR 3.855 million as the price for said residential accommodation.
LDA intends to develop 4,000 housing units for its employees during the inaugural phase of the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Project. Moreover, the civic agency has approved the revised PC-1 amounting to PKR 9.917 billion for the project.

Allied infrastructure facilities like streets, walkways, roads, water supply system, external electrification, sewerage & drainage system, landscaping & horticulture works will be provided within this apartment complex that’s being constructed within the LDA City.
The technical consultant for the Engineering Design of the apartment complex and allied infrastructure works have already been engaged. The prices of these units were brought down as per the governing body instructions given in the consequent meetings held last year.
