President Alvi suggested that the organisers would do well to invite the agricultural and water ministers from all provinces and the federal cabinet to deliberate on the crisis. He added that this would give the minsters the opportunity to cooperate and take a leading role in order to prevent the country from experiencing drought and flood-like disasters in the future.
