Lahore: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has launched an automated Complaint Management System that will enable taxpayers to register any complaints, give feedback, and suggestions to improve its services, according to a news published on Tuesday (February 22).

As per the details, the new complaint management platform is systematically designed to make sure all the complaints are categorised, tracked, and resolved promptly. According to PRA Chairperson Zainul Abidin Sahi, the authority has always preferred automation for improving its performance. He went on to say that it’s a priority to make every department responsive to the public and make sure all the concerns are resolved quickly. Moreover, the automated complaint system will facilitate the authority to strengthen their workings.

The link for the new system was uploaded on the website (pra.punjab.gov.pk). It was notified that anyone can register a complaint or suggest for the PRA and track the progress of the complaint
