According to details, the PR reservation information system would prevent the chances that passengers go without receiving tickets despite waiting in long queues. They added that the system would also reduce crowding at reservation counters in cases of fully reserved seats of a particular train or date.
Moreover, the reservation information system would allow passengers to confirm the availability of seats in a certain train on the date they plan to travel. This measure would facilitate passengers by providing them the convenience of avoiding long queues at the Karachi Railway Station.
