Lahore: The Pakistan Property Show Dubai – 2019 (PPS Dubai – 2019), a two-day property exhibit organised by Zameen.com on December 6 and 7 in the UAE, has concluded. The event was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The show, in addition to providing an engaging platform for overseas Pakistanis to connect with top-notch real estate developers from their home country, served as a platform for the Government of Pakistan (GoP) to showcase its ‘precious yet unutilised’ deadweight properties to potential buyers; particularly to the individuals hailing from the expatriate community resident in Dubai.

Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan had earlier directed the Privatisation Commission of Pakistan on December 5 to participate in the exhibit; in order to engage UAE-based Pakistanis into purchasing a number of unutilised government properties and thereby generating revenue for the executive.
Privatisation Commission Director General Iftikhar Hussain lauded Zameen.com for its efforts on organising ‘such a successful exhibition’; stating that ‘such events provide the ideal opportunity to engage with overseas Pakistanis because of Zameen.com’s phenomenal outreach’.
