Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration on Tuesday (August 31) held a ceremony to hand over possession certificates to owners of 2-kanals plot in Sector A, according to authority’s official Facebook page. Addressing the ceremony, DHA Multan Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani SI (M) also announced the date for Phase-I, 2nd Ballot.
The ceremony was organized at DHA Multan ‘Arena Event Complex’. Addressing the ceremony, the project director announced an exciting incentive of 100% waiver of development charges on early construction of houses within one year i.e. by October 31 2022.
Moreover, he revealed that Phase-I 2nd Ballot is planned for September 29/30. Brig Kayani also shared details about the improvements in the Town Plan of Phase-I and shed light on upcoming initiatives. During the same ceremony, he handed over plot allotment to Olympic 2021 finalists Talha Talib and Arshad Nadeem on becoming Brand Ambassadors of DHA Multan for the next 3 years.
