Islamabad: Possession of DHA Homes scheduled for December 15 has been delayed and will now be offered in phases.
A DHA Valley official told Zameen.com that although the December 15 deadline cannot be met, possession will not be significantly postponed. Development work at the site is underway, houses are being renovated speedily, and the access road from Kallar Syeda – the shortest direct road link to the project – is being carpeted.
Additionally, a source stated that the developer Bahria Town is in the process of developing commercial plots close DHA Homes.
Property world CEO Brig (retd) Waqar Raja, a registered Zameen.com agent who works extensively in DHA Islamabad and DHA Valley, said the delay is probably because the chief guest for the possession handover ceremony has not been finalised yet. He, too, stated that this delay would not be prolonged as the pace of work on site is satisfactory.
