Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hand over the possession letters to 5,500 allottees of sector I-15 soon, according to news published on November 3.

As per the details, Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will give possession letters to the group of allottees at the PM Office while the remaining will be handed over letters after the legal formalities are fulfilled.
CDA Member Estate mentioned that the authority will be handing over possession of the entire Sector I-15 to its allottees. CDA Chairman Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Younis has directed the Estate Wing to simplify the procedures to facilitate the allottees and ensure smooth handing over of possession of plots.
The member estate revealed that the issues of the built-up property (BuP) awards will also be resolved on priority. It was also mentioned that the authority is asking the Islamabad Electric Supply Company to provide electricity in the sector.

It is important to note that the sector was stalled because of the non-completion of development work. Now, the CDA has completed the development work in Sub-sectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4 including sewerage network, culverts, drainage system, street lights, construction of streets, and other residential facilities.
