Lahore: Faizaia Housing Scheme, Phase-II, will grant possession of plots on February 1, according to Fazaia Project Director Air Commodore Farooq Bukhari. The society is situated on Sharif Medical City Road.
With its Phase-I project widely noted for its real estate market success, Faizaia now plans to expand its network. So far, the developer has successfully completed construction work on roads, gas, water, and electricity installations in Phase-II.
According to Air Commodore Bukhari, Faizaia Lahore, Phase-II members have been notified of the possession-opening date. In this regard, letters have been sent via courier to their respective postal addresses.
Soon after the announcement of possession, Fazaia Housing Scheme will start scrutinising the applications submitted for attaining map approvals of houses in Phase-II.
Fazaia Housing Scheme Phase-II is divided into four blocks: A, B, C and D.
The society offers residential plots measuring 5-, 7- and 10-marlas, up to 1 kanal; along with 2- and 5-marla commercial plots. Due to its prime location and high-standard of development work, the society interests a number of genuine buyers.
