Multan: The administration of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has formally announced possession for Sector Q, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page on August 22.
Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani announced the possession of Sector Q in a small ceremony – where he also announced the waiver of developmental charges for allottees who initiate early construction.
Moreover, the project director also briefed the attendees regarding various updates in the project; For Sector Q, he revealed that the energisation of the block is complete, the main infrastructure like the boulevard and the sewerage system are also complete.
He said that the Sector M of the society – for which the possession has already been granted – is complete and the Sector Q is also nearing completion. He further revealed that the developmental work on the adjoining Sector R is also 90% complete. The asphalt and road carpeting work is currently underway in Sector R.
As for the Sectors U, A, V and H, Kayani assured the members that the development work is being conducted at a rapid pace. Moreover, a 250- acre international golf course is also under construction in the society – where almost 500 people will be employed.
