Islamabad – Differences among the higher management of the CDA (Capital Development Authority) are creating hurdles for the development projects being undertaken in the capital city.
Various officers complain that the planning wing is creating impediments in the development projects including Islamabad Bus Service, Park Enclave and Margalla Avenue.
“Prevailing rivalries among the bureaucrats who are close to PML-N is becoming a problem.” said an official of the CDA.
