Jhang: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Member of National Assembly (PML-N MNA) Mr Sheikh Muhammad Akram has expressed concerns over illegal occupation of government’s land of worth billions of rupees at Jatiana Graveyard on Yousaf Shah Road.
He pinpointed the illegal occupation of this land during a coordination committee meeting held at District Coordination Officer (DCO) Office on Sunday, June 08, 2014. Mr Akram also told the coordination committee that influential land-grabbers first developed a fake graveyard on government’s land and later handed it over to the shopkeepers.
In response to this, the divisional commissioner issued orders to take immediate action against the land-grabbers and get state’s land vacated.
