Islamabad: During his visit to Lahore on October 28, 2019 (tomorrow), Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan will review the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) scheme in Punjab, a news source reported.

The PM will have a one-day long visit in the city, during which Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar and Governor Punjab Chaudhry Ghulam Sarwar will hold a meeting with him.
Recently, Governor Sarwar had inaugurated the second phase of the balloting process for NPHP in Punjab. The balloting had been for the Renala Khurd project on Shergarh Road.
CM Buzdar will brief PM Khan about various provincial matters including the status of ongoing development projects.

PM Khan will also chair a session for reviewing the law and order situation in Punjab. During this session, he will also discuss the progress of the NPHP initiative in the province.
The PM had previously visited Lahore in September. During this visit, he had chaired a high-level meeting to review the performance of the provincial government.
