Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the officials concerned to expedite the development of various projects being undertaken by the federal government — a news source reported.
According to the information available, ten mobile medical units are to be established in Karachi, along with 100 new water filtration plants. The federal government is expected to provide the requisite funds for these and other developmental projects.

These funds will be allocated and issued during the next fiscal year in June, although the federal government will provide some additional funds before that time as well.

The government plans to undertake similar development projects in the rest of Sindh as well as Balochistan. Officials from the federal government have already opened talks on the matter with the Balochistan government, in this regard.
