Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed briefed Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on the matter. They discussed matters pertaining to shelter homes, development of parks and slums, and anti-encroachment drive.
Ahmed said that CDA would spent the amount earned through JCC’s sale on development projects in the city. He added that the authority has also prepared a plan to this effect.
Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry recently said that the government wanted to sell loss-making entities in a bid to generate revenue.
