The PM has ordered to reopen around 529 such cases on the Pakistan Citizens Portal. Once these cases have been reopened, senior officials will monitor the progress in order to ensure that all issues are resolved properly. For this purpose, the PM Office has also issued official notifications to all provincial government departments.
The notification identifies complaints filed during July, August, and September. The directions regarding this matter include the need to contact a competent authority once a complaint has been resolved in order to prevent further discrepancies. According to sources, many complaints remained unresolved because complainants were unaware that they had to reach out to the relevant department afterwards.
