Lahore: Punjab Land Revenue Authority (PLRA) Director General (DG) Mr Muhammad Ali will hold a live chat session on Facebook with the audience to address their questions and concerns regarding the department’s processes, according to a post published on the PLRA’s official social media page. The Facebook live chat will be broadcast between 2 and 3 PM on Thursday (August 11).

According to the post, to participate in the live chat, citizens must submit written inquiries and queries about property records along with their CNIC, relevant tehsil name, and the concerned centre to the URL; facebook.com/pmuborp/. The responses to their questions will be published live on the Facebook page during the specified times. It was also said that the service would be offered to all citizens in the Punjab province.
However, the authority also said that the following topics would not be covered during the live session:
● Questions related to land division
● Questions about sub-judice matters
● Questions related to old and manual record problems
● Questions about the residential land record
● Questions related to land allotment cases.

Furthermore, PLRA said in another Facebook post that its mobile land record van will visit the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) every Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM. The mobile land record van will provide fard, land mutation certificates and land record correction services. However, the facility will only be provided for online land records.
