The Commoners Flower Valley is approved by the RDA, and I have also included the NOC number in the post. According to a Commoners Flower Valley official who spoke to us, the society does not fall under the jurisdiction of the CDA.

I strongly believe the writer of the article/ad. is either too naive or involved with these fraudsters and thugs . IF it does not fall under the juridiction of CDA, then how come they can declare it illegal?

I would agree if CDA was a credible organization but CDA is full of blackmailers, fraudsters and thugs based on their performance over the past several decades which is known and well documented. So CDA reference alone is of no value here. It would be great if you could PROVE that Commoners Sky Gardens is not approved by RDA by showing an RDA letter saying that! If you can not do that then you should apologize and if it is not the level of self-respect you have achieved in your life then at least shut up as otherwise you will not have any respect of others on this forum.
I have invested in the purchase of plots in this project and I don’t like you trying to damage my investment without any basis.

Dear people, this society is very good for investment it is a reputable company that has developed commoners town phase I & phase II which was purchased by DHA and merged into DHA phase II and as for the NOC if u go to the company website www. csgcity. com u can see the updated link to the CDA website which doesnt mention this society as illegal. Secondly, im sure everyone here knows that murree falls and is part of rawalpindi …it has nothing to do with islamabad therefore, it has got the required NOCs and thirdly, their location is very precious as Bahria Town is building their resort scheme named bahria golf city right beside this project site.

I attended their launching ceremony in E-11 three years back and at that Mr.Ismail CEO promised to hand over possession of plot in 3 years and now they say another four years.It is very far from Islamabad and It will take you one hour from zero point passing through BaraKahou.Commoners town was a failure so they sold it DHA.
