Peshawar: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) gave the residents of Hayatabad plant saplings on 14th March 2018, according to a news report. These saplings were from different plant species and were distributed amongst residents of Sector F-1 of Hayatabad.
Deputy Director Pakistan Horticulture Authority Manzoor Yousaf was also present, and supervised the distribution of these saplings. There are about 64 smaller and 6 larger parks in Hayatabad, where all of these plantations are expected to be planted. Manzoor Yousaf highlighted how he and his team are adamant to make Peshawar and Hayatabad greener, and are taking this project head on.
