Rawalpindi: District Planning & Design Committee (DPDC), Rawalpindi has granted planning permission to Capital Smart City, Utility Corporation Society and Media Enclave, according to a news source.
According to details, the developer of Faisal Hills has been asked to get clearance from the Taxila Revenue and Land assistant commissioner. To High Gate Hills Murree, DPDC has been instructed to get clearance from the Forest Department.
Meanwhile, DPDC has said that the approved societies are not allowed to market these projects until their respective layout plan and engineering design is approved.
