Dalbadeen: Development funds worth PKR 1,500 million have been approved for various projects to be initiated in Chaghi, Noshki and Kharan, a news source quoted Member National Assembly Mir Muhammad Hashim. Among the other projects, the amount will be spent on the construction of dams in the mentioned districts.
Hashim shared this information while talking to media at his residence. He was accompanied by senior members of Balochistan National Party. During the same session, Hashim also shared a report on his performance in the last three months and shed light on the problems faced by the people of Balochistan.
The funds will be spent on construction of small dams, installation of 10,000 electricity poles and transformers and 40 towers for providing mobile phone services, the construction of Kharan Mach Link Road, construction of National Bank of Pakistan branch in Chaghi, and for various other projects related health, education and water supply in the three districts.
Hashim also briefed media on road that will connect Panjgor, Mashkil and Nokundi and LPG plants planned for Kharan. Details on these projects have been forwarded to Planning and Development Commission and it is expected that the projects will get a nod.
