Lahore: The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has sanctioned the release of PKR 12.78 billion to facilitate the development of six schemes in Punjab, according to a news source. The PWDP provided its approval during its 26th meeting of the current fiscal year, which was presided over by Planning & Development Board Chairman Habib-ur-Rehman Gilani.
As per details, PKR 2.78 billion has been approved for making improvements in the Health Department, PKR 5.54 has been approved for upgradation of the District Headquarters Hospital Sahiwal to a teaching hospital and PKR 500 million has been approved for sanitation schemes in several tehsils of district Mianwali.
