The Pir Ghaib Resort in Balochistan was recently closed off for renovation, during which new facilities were added to the retreat in order to attract local and international tourists.
When inaugurating the resort on Wednesday, CM Alyani stated that almost two million people used to visit the vacation spot but this number had been falling steadily as the facility had been allowed to fall into shambles owing to general neglect and an ‘enhanced sense of deprivation among the people of the area’.
