Karachi: The Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) has introduced a diploma course in real estate management, according to an advert published in national dailies on February 28. The course is only available in Karachi and will begin on March 13.

According to the details revealed, the total fee of the three-month-long course is PKR 40,000 and the deadline to apply will expire on March 12. Classes will commence from March 13 (Saturday) from 2 pm to 5 pm. Both degree holders and non-graduates can attend the programme – termed as a great learning opportunity for real estate enthusiasts.
Moreover, this diploma for real estate management will highlight future opportunities in the sector, data collection, developing interpersonal relations, marketing skills, legal and regulatory issues, architecture, ethics, banking, and entrepreneurship.
