PIA and SIAL held a joint launching ceremony that was attended by the Special Assistant to Prime Minister (PM) on Youth Affairs Usman Dar, and several others officials concerned.
Earlier this year, PIA had launched international passenger flight operations between Barcelona and Sialkot, and Paris and Sialkot, both from SIAL.
Senior PIA officials revealed that initially, PIA will only operate the London-Sialkot flights once a week. Later, the national airline would increase flights to other European countries.
