Rawalpindi: The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) has notified the payment plan and estimated rates of 5-marla and 3-maral residential plots being offered under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) in Rawalpindi.
The application form meant specifically for Rawalpindi project also states that the duly-filled forms are to be submitted at the designated branches of the Bank of Punjab by December 12. It is pertinent to mention here that applications submission deadlines vary from city to city.

These plots are offered under third phase of NPHP. As per the application form available on the official website of PHATA, a specific quota is reserved for general public families of government employees, police officers, military personnel, and differently-abled citizens.
Furthermore, the Rawalpindi NPHP application form 2019 states that the estimated price mentioned for 3 and 5-marla residential plots may vary and does not include utility charges for Sui gas.
