Lahore: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) is set to build two state-of-the-art amusement parks at Greater Iqbal Park (formerly Minto Park) and Racecourse Park, as reported on July 22.

According to the details, PHA Director General Muhammad Tahir Wattoo announced that these new amusement parks will be a joint venture between the department and the private sector, aimed at providing diverse indoor and outdoor entertainment for children and families. The parks will feature a variety of rides, shows, and themed areas, designed to attract millions of visitors annually and significantly boost the PHA’s revenue. “This will be the first project of its kind to offer comprehensive entertainment in one place for the residents of Lahore,” Wattoo said.
