The PHA called the meeting to finalise the terms of reference (TORs) for the working of the task force. It was revealed that once the provincial government approved the proposed TORs, the task force would officially initiate the beautification project of the city.
The task force would be responsible for identifying the spots requiring uplift, and PHA would act as the executing body. The task force would also be allowed to seek consultation pertaining to feasibility study and design of any beautification project.
