The five major parks for which special SOPs will be established include Bagh-e-Jinnah, Jilani Park, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Greater Iqbal Park, and National Park Qalma Chowk.
The PHA is considering a number of proposals for the said SOPs. According to the details available, under the first phase, people will be allowed to jog and walk but without any children present. In addition, all coronavirus precautions will be listed visibly at each park’s entrance and exit points. It has also been proposed that hand sanitizer and wash basins should be made available at all park entrance points, and that all visitors will be required to wear face masks within the premises of the parks.
