Rawalpindi: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has invited suggestions from private companies and organisations for beautification of the Metro Bus Track on Murree Road, according to a news source. The authority is looking to utilise pillars on this track for adding a cultural touch.
Some of these pillars will also be used as marketing spaces for the private companies engaged in the process, for which these companies will also make annual payments and will be responsible for their maintenance. This will help PHA earn revenue and add to the beautification of Murree Road in general, and the Metro Bus track in particular.
PHA will save PKR 270 million by engaging private firms and organisations.
