Gilgit: The Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has initiated the booking process for the low-cost ‘PHA Heights Minawar Gilgit’ apartment project, an advertisement in leading newspapers reads.

The project is meant for the employees of the federal and Gilgit governments, and citizens on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis starting from March 6. The Gilgit apartment project will be launched by the Ministry of Housing and Works on a 5-year payment plan with booking starting from a 10% down payment. The advertisement also mentioned the following details about the project and the booking process:

Citizens from all around the country can apply for the project through the following method:
- Membership forms and payment schedule along with the project’s salient feature guide can be downloaded from the PHA website
- For booking, citizens will have to make a pay order of PKR 15,000 while government employees will have to make a pay order of PKR 10,000 for document processing
- Pay orders will be made in the name of the PHA Foundation Residentia Minawar Gilgit Project NTN # 9011705-7
