Reportedly, the work on e-tendering has also been introduced to reduce human involvement and make the whole process more transparent and time efficient. The DG said that the development authority has waived off the houses design/maps fee for the first 15 allottees of the Peshawar Media Colony, willing to immediately launch construction activities – in a bid to promote the construction sector and in turn create additional job opportunities.
