Peshawar: Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will get five additional routes in the next few months to make public transport facilities available to more people, according to a news story published on October 19. Adding new routes will lessen the crowd and divide the flow of passengers on the existing routes.

A Peshawar BRT spokesperson mentioned that expanding the operation of the bus service will help divide the flow of passengers along with providing public transport service to more citizens. The spokesperson mentioned that 62 new buses have been moved to Peshawar, which will soon be added to the fleet.
It was mentioned that the new buses are under the process of registration, induction and training of staff, with installation of equipment underway. Once this is completed, the buses will be operationalised.

- A feeder route from Mall of Hyderabad to Phase 6 terminal via Phase 1 (DR-11)
- An express route on Charsadda Road, from Shah Alam to Mall of Hyderabad (ER-12)

- A feeder route from Chamkani to Malik Saad Shaheed through Ring Road (DR-4B)
