Lahore: The Punjab Development Working Party (PDWP) greenlit three development schemes in Lahore, with an estimated total cost of PKR 7561.473 million, according to news published in the leading newspaper on January 3.

The meeting, chaired by Chairman Planning & Development (P&D) Board Iftikhar Ali Sahoo and attended by Secretary P&D Board Muzaffar Khan Sial, approved the following schemes:
- Construction of signal-free corridor from Karim Market to Motorway (M-2) Phase-I, at a cost of PKR 2975.034 million
- Construction of flyover and underpass for resolving traffic congestion issues at Ghahri Shahu Chowk, at a cost of PKR 3951.469 million
