Lahore: The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved ten development projects valued at PKR 20.67 billion in its 52nd fiscal year 2024-25 meeting.

According to the details, the meeting, chaired by P&D Board Chairman Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, focused on various infrastructure projects, including road rehabilitation and new construction initiatives across Punjab.
Major projects include the construction of a flyover on Chak RS Shujabad Expressway in Multan, road rehabilitation in Nankana Sahib, Sargodha, and Hafizabad, and improvements to roads within Faisalabad city.

Additionally, funds were allocated to build a new campus for the Government Engineering Academy Punjab and provide infrastructure facilities at the Punjab University of Technology Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin.
The session was attended by P&D Board Secretary Dr Asif Tufail, Chief Economist Masood Anwar, and other senior officials.
