Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is inviting sealed bids for the provision of Marketing, Creative, and Digital Media Services on a Retainership Basis, as claimed by the dept.’s official Facebook post on December 27.

According to the details, interested bidders, including firms, companies, and sole proprietors registered with FBR, PRA, and relevant authorities, are encouraged to participate. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
PCBDDA intends to engage a marketing agency for comprehensive Marketing, Creative, and Digital Media Services. The selected agency will be responsible for developing marketing content in alignment with the Authority’s brand manual for both social media and mainstream platforms. The agency’s duties encompass various aspects, including brand research, creative management, content writing, design for static and moving artwork, videography, video editing, basic 3D artwork & animation, live event coverage, campaign planning, and ensuring the production quality of print work.
SUBMISSION DETAILS:
- Bidders are required to submit their sealed bids by December 29, 2023, at 1100 Hours to the address provided below.
- Each bid must include a Bid Security amounting to PKR 200,000, submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. Late submissions will not be considered.
- The bid opening will take place on the same day at noon in the presence of representatives from the bidding firms.
- Interested bidders can obtain additional information from the PCBDDA during working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday to Friday.
The detailed Bidding Document is available for purchase upon a written application to the provided address and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. This fee can be paid in the form of a Pay Order/CDR favouring PCBDDA. The Bidding Document can also be downloaded from PCBDDA’s website (cbd.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in connection with the bid preparation or delivery. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be considered the closing date.
