Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has issued an invitation for firms, investors, and developers to participate in the transformative development of the Central Business District-Quaid District. According to the details, CBD Punjab invites bids for the Design, Finance, Construct, Operate & Maintain (DFCOM) project of a Commercial Plot (11.4 Kanals) in the CBD Quaid District. Reputed firms registered with relevant authorities are encouraged to participate in this significant development opportunity.
Key Details and Deadlines
Request for Proposal (RFP) Document:
Interested parties can obtain the RFP document, which provides comprehensive guidelines and submission requirements. The document is available until July 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, for a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000. This fee should be paid via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority.
Submission Requirements:
– A single sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial) must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
– Proposals should include detailed information on the technical, legal, managerial, and financial capacity of the bidders.
Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted by July 19, 2024, at 11:30 AM to the Director of Procurement, PCBDDA. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
Bid Security:
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 50,000,000 issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of PCBDDA.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Successful Party
The selected party will be responsible for:

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible parties must be legally registered and possess both local and international experience in construction, management, sales, and marketing of building complexes, multi-storied buildings, or real-estate developments.
