Those allottees or plot owners of LDA Avenue-1 whose properties are clear of any transfer or possession discrepancies (A-Category) can submit their dues with markup and late fees until December 31, 2023. The defaulters with B-Category plots – properties that are recently cleared by courts/encroachment/negotiations or have been cleared in the ballot of 2022 – are obligated to clear their payments by December 31, 2024.

It was highlighted that the authority has already given multiple extensions and will not give another extension, so the defaulters should pay their dues. Otherwise, the allotments of the plots will be cancelled and reverted to authority as per the decision announced on October 14 and the relevant clause of the allotment letter. The cancelled allotments will not be reversed, which is why defaulters are advised to act responsibly and clear their dues before the deadline.
