The department has also recommended computer data entry training for graduates in a bid to tackle the issues pertaining to managing old land records, meeting revenue targets, and providing efficient services delivery.
The Gujrat Additional District Collector (Revenue) has forwarded a proposal to this effect to the member taxes at the Board of Revenue. The letter contains suggestions with respect to the training of patwaris, gardawars and naib tehsildars, as well as the staff working at the land record centres.
