Islamabad: The Park View City-Islamabad management has announced a remarkable discount of up to 30% for clients and plot allottees who pay their due instalments in November, according to a notification issued on the project’s official social media account. The discount offer is valid until November 30 for all the customers.

According to the Facebook post, the discount will be available to plot holders of C, J, K, Golf Estate, and Overseas Blocks. The following is a breakdown of the discounts available:
The suspension of a late payment surcharge
A 5% discount will be given on payment of all overdue instalments of the plot
A 10% discount on advance payment of all instalments not due yet
A 20% discount on advance instalment payments, as well as a 10% discount on clearing overdue instalments

It is also stated that payment of all outstanding instalments before November 30 can be paid online from the convenience of one’s own home or by visiting any Silk Bank or Bank Alfalah branch in the title account of ‘Park View Enclave (Pvt) Ltd. for further information and news please visit the official Facebook or Zameen News.
