Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared Park View Housing Scheme illegal, as the developer has not acquired an NOC for the project, according to a notification.
According to the CDA’s regulations, no developer can sell plots or initiate development without procuring an NOC first. The civic body has, however, noticed that development work at the project site is being carried out.
Through this ad, the CDA has warned general public to not invest in this project. Meanwhile, the developer has also been told to terminate all sorts of development work at the project site. In addition to that, the ad also reads that no marketing campaign, plot allotment, booking, or property transfer can be done for this particular project before it gets an NOC.
