Islamabad: Park View City-Islamabad has announced exclusive 10% discounts on both residential and commercial blocks on the payment of instalments due in October, as per the news shared by the authority’s official Facebook page on October 8.

As per this latest offer, the authority will offer a 50% waiver on late payment surcharges and a 10% discount on advance instalment payments. The following conditions will be applicable:
- The offer will be valid for all customers of residential and commercial blocks
- The discount on advance payment will be applicable in cases where the instalment is paid 15 days earlier than the due date.
- Customers will be able to avail of the offer until October 31

The authority has encouraged the customers to pay their dues before the deadline to avail discounts and avoid any inconvenience.
The payments can be made in favour of the Park View Housing Society through online mobile applications or by visiting any branch of Bank Alfalah or Silk Bank.
