Lahore: Following the postponement of its Overseas Block balloting due to ongoing development work, Park View City Lahore has rescheduled the balloting for July 30, according to an official notification on the developer’s Facebook page.

According to the social media post, Park View City has also offered special discounts for members who will pay their overdue dues before the official balloting date. The following discounts have been offered:
- 10% discount will be applicable on advance payment of all instalments
- 50% discount on late payment charges for all overdue payments
- Members of the Overseas Block can participate by paying 50% of the total cost of their plot by July 25, 2022.
- By paying their outstanding instalments, members whose overdue instalments exceed 50% of their plot value are entitled to participate in the balloting procedure.
- All members who paid their dues before June 30 have already been included in the balloting process.
- The deadline for inclusion in the balloting process is July 30, and members can participate by paying their dues in accordance with the guidelines outlined above.

- Dues can be paid online or in-person at any Silk Bank or Bank Alfalah branch.
