Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved development plans for Park Enclave Housing Scheme’s Phase II on November 2. Reportedly, 310 1-kanal plots will be carved out in the locality spanning 82 acres. These plots will be allotted to individuals by a lucky draw. Phase I of the society is 60% complete and development work is currently underway. According to a news source, a CDA official has advised the authority to focus on completing the already delayed Phase I before starting work on Phase II. Park Enclave, launched in 2011, was due to be completed by 2013, but the CDA failed to meet this deadline.
