Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through a Facebook notification posted on Monday (August 24), announced September 24 as the ballot date for residential plots in Park Enclave III. During the proceedings, the authority will allocate plot numbers against residential plot spaces measuring 25×50 sq ft, 35×70 sq ft, 40×80 sq ft, and 50×90 sq ft; with the event scheduled to be held at the Jinnah Convention Centre in the capital.

The last date to submit an application form to book a plot in Park Enclave III is September 17. The application forms and project brochures are available at the designated branches of the Askari Bank, Muslim Commercial Bank, United Bank Limited, and Habib Bank Limited. They can also be procured from the CDA One-Window Operation Directorate, located at Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, Sector G-7/4 – Islamabad.

As per the source, Park Enclave III residential plots are available on a 10% down payment of the total price, while the remaining dues will have to be cleared in 18 monthly instalments. The CDA has further mentioned that the last instalment is to be paid at the time of possession. As mentioned in our previous news story, the CDA will allocate plot numbers to over 1,000 residential plots in the aforementioned ballot.

Reportedly, a CDA board meeting held earlier this month had proposed the following rates for Park Enclave residential plots:
- PKR 7.79 million for plots 25×50 sq ft in size
- PKR 15.08 million for plots 35×70 sq ft in size
- PKR 19.7 million for plots 40×80 sq ft in size
- PKR 27.7 million for plots 50×90 sq ft in size

Park Enclave III is located opposite Park Road and Chak Shahzad Farm Houses, and adjacent to the CDA Orchard and Agro Farms.
