Islamabad: The management of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), in its bid to resume development of the stalled sectors, is making efforts to complete the development work in Park Enclave, according to news sources. This will help buyers build their houses soon, according to the given timeframe.

Presently, the construction of the bridge in Park Enclave is being executed at an expedited pace. This bridge is being developed over Gumrahkas nullah, and will facilitate access within the sector.
Moreover, the residual work in Park Enclave is also in progress, and provision of allied facilities to various plots is also on an advanced stage.

The civic agency has claimed that the allottees will soon be able to develop their houses in Park Enclave as the residual development work of the housing scheme will be completed soon. The project is said to be another stalled one that has been revived by CDA through effective monitoring and development contributions. The department has also issued instructions to take up possession of land in Park Enclave-II as well.
