Quetta: The Pak-Arab Oil Refinery Limited (PARCO) will install the largest oil refinery in Hub, a news source quoted Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Jam Kamal Khan. Saudi Arabia is already planning to install one in Gwadar.

Kamal Khan appreciated the economic output of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) during his talks with the media. He informed that investors from various countries have shown interest in CPEC. He added that several developmental projects, including Rekodik, were up for completion soon.

The CM also talked about his government’s development plans for the province. He said that 16 to 18 trauma centres were planned for construction along the RCD Highway. The government also plans to upgrade all district headquarter hospitals. Around 500 doctors will be appointed on a contract basis, in order to ensure proper health facilities in all parts of Balochistan.
He further informed that the provincial government had successfully established a tourism development authority.
