Islamabad: Pakistan and Turkiye are keen to increase cooperation in different sectors including housing and manufacturing sectors, according to news published on October 25.

Ambassador of Turkiye Mehmet Pacaci had a telephonic conversation with Ministry of Housing and Works Secretary Iftikhar Ali Shallwani to discuss cooperation in various sectors, especially low-cost housing and implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between countries.
The secretary invited the ambassador to attend the upcoming first International Housing Expo 2022, happening in December. Turkiye Ambassador Mehmet Pacaci stated that this participation will bring mutual dividends to both countries.

Moreover, Ministry of Housing & Works Secretary Shallwani stated that Turkiye and Pakistan enjoy cordial ties and mutually beneficial bilateral relations. He went on to say that this relationship is based on values, civilisation linkages, mutual trust, history, and common faith. He highlighted that Pakistan values its close ties with Turkiye.
