Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration announced that a groundbreaking ceremony will be held for Pakistan Square tomorrow (September 17) according to a post shared on Wednesday (September 15) on the authority’s Facebook page.

As per the details, the square will have Pakistan’s tallest Flag (211 feet/ 64.61-meter-high) that’s created with the help of CTE Pvt Ltd – a famed Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering Works organisation. In addition, Pakistan Square will showcase various national monuments from all the provinces.
It is pertinent to mention that the Pakistan Square will be situated at the junction of 5 Sectors Q, T, U, X and Y and will connect DHA Multan with Khanewal Interchange on Faisalabad-Multan Motorway M4 through Shah Ruk-e- Alam Gate (Qadir Pur Ran Bypass) at NH-5.

The DHA Multan administration shared the updated Town Plan in June this year. According to the administration, the mega square was planned to provide better investment opportunities and connectivity to Motorway for the facilitation of DHA Multan residents.
